At Hutton & Hutton we want you to be overjoyed with all your purchases from us. Please do check all items upon receipt of delivery. If an item has arrived damaged or faulty please inform us straight away within 24hours by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
For any damaged or faulty goods we will either refund you in full or we will try to replace the item for you – only once the returned item is received by us.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, or you have simply changed your mind and would like to return it, please contact us via email or phone within 24hours from the day the item was delivered, stating that you wish to return an item..
We can only refund or exchange goods, if items are returned unused and in perfect condition, within 14 working days of receipt of delivery. We cannot refund or exchange goods which have been used or damaged by the customer. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We will be happy to refund you for the item price and original postage charge for that item. You are required to return the item and pay for the return postage. We do not refund return postage.
We recommend you return goods using registered post as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
With the exception of faulty items or any error on our part, Once returned items are received you will receive your refund credit (if due) back to the original payment method within two week of returning items.
Please note that refunds on items bought as gifts can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to swap an item, we can’t stop the payer knowing
